Ḥadīth Query: Waẓīfah prescribed to Fāṭimah (may Allah be pleased with her)
What is the status of the narration that mentions a waẓīfah which was prescribed by the Prophet ﷺ to his beloved daughter Fāṭimah (may Allah be pleased with her)? The waẓīfah states that a person should perform sajdah (prostration) after Witr Ṣalāh and recite Subbūḥun Quddūsun Rabb al-Malāʾikah wa al-Rūḥ five times in sajdah. Thereafter, recite ayāt al-Kursī after coming up from prostration. Thereafter, return to sajdah and recite Subbūḥun Quddūsun Rabb al-Malāʾikah wa al-Rūḥ five times in sajdah. If you do this, Allah will forgive all your sins and if you pass away on that night, you will die as a martyr. Allah will also grant you the reward of 100 accepted Hajj and ʿUmrah, and accept your duʿās. In addition, you will be able to intercede for 60 people who were otherwise destined for hell-fire. Allah will also send 1,000 Angels to record good deeds on your behalf.
