There is a message circulating on social media which states the following: Once Prophet Mūsa (peace be upon him) asked Allah Almighty: O Allah! You have granted me the honour and privilege of talking to you directly, have you given this privilege to any other person? Allah Almighty replied, “O Musa, during the last period, I am going to send a nation, this will be the nation of Muḥammad with dry lips, parched tongues, emaciated body with eyes sunken deep into their sockets, with livers dry and stomachs suffering the pangs of hunger, they will supplicate to me and be much closer to me than you O Mūsa. I have a four month old baby who I breastfeed but I also give him formula milk. I have been able to fast so far but now I feel weak and thirsty all the time. It has not come to a stage where I have to break my fast yet but as the days here in London are getting warmer I am worried about how I will cope.
