I have a four month old baby who I breastfeed but I also give him formula milk. I have been able to fast so far but now I feel weak and thirsty all the time. It has not come to a stage where I have to break my fast yet but as the days here in London are getting warmer I am worried about how I will cope. I also have a four year old and I walk two hours to her nursery and back. What is your advice regarding this?
